I also know that this part will need to be ordered on a 1-2 day turn around. They won't take payment over the phone, only in person. This means using my lunch time to drive all the way down to a dealer to pay them 'in person'.... then the next day using my precious precious lunch hour to go pick the part up. I can't see the problem, just release the part once payment has cleared. Tried putting this point across but they wont listen.
