Botang
Anybody have any experience of these schemes? I'm thinking about asking for a subscription for christmas and was wondering which company is best, amazon, tesco, lovefilm, etc.

eldavo69
Blockbuster here. They let you suspend your membership too, i.e. send all the DVDs back and put it on hold for a month while you are away and they don't charge you.
CarMad
Amazon here too.. £5.99 a month for 3 DVDs (They have other options) Never had a single problem and it has saved me a fortune in not buying them, but when I do I also get 10% off Amazon DVDs. Highly recommended.

Snail
I've used a couple of services. They are usually fairly good, but they go through phases. Sometimes id get blockbusters the day they came out, other times, id be getting the older films on my list. Dont rely on the service to give you a blockbuster on a regular basis, and you'll be fine, but if you have to watch the latest film NOW, then best avoid these services. CarMad
I've heard others mentioned this but I have always been given the next film on the list without fail. Maybe I'm just lucky or Amazon is good .. dunno.
