truck
Hi'' new to the site. Going to have a look at a couple of r32's at the weekend just wanted to know if the car as had the 6463 update would it be in the service book, also a couple of cars i,ve seen have half leather konigs does this reflect the price, the car will be a 2003 - 2004. There also seem to be alot for sale at performance car specialists. I'm not to sure weather to buy from the dealer's they range in price from 15'000 to 17'000 pounds upwards. I still do not know what colour to go for they seem to all look good if there is anything else i should look out for please tell me thanks in advance. Decked
Mine never had a service stamp for the 6463 update but some people may have had something printed in there.... wouldn't have thought so though. Go for blue.... it's the fastest!!!
Roy32
Don't listen to Decked....black is the fastest I don't think half leather will make a lot of difference on the price, that would be down to choice, mileage and overall condition will have the biggest impact on price

Riz
Right though I would drop you a post on here, My old car is coming up forsale soon and I know this as I was going to buy it back off the chap I sold it to. Its in showroom condition for its age, its a 5door MK4 R32 with leather, sunroof, cruise and heated seats etc, front headlight protectors too. It has just covered about 13k miles and I owned it for about 16 months before selling it on, I did about 9500miles in it and it has has small minor warranty work done on it at my local dealership during my ownership including the fab 6463 update! If you would like more information drop me a PM. Cheers. Riz
Dan32
I concur with Decked, Blue is defintely the fastest, black the hardest to keep clean, silver won't show up as many scratches, red, moonlight blue, indigo blue and grey are very cool as they are as rare as rocking horse poo. As for 6463, my dealer gave me a printout which said the software update had been done. You could possibly check this with the chassis number and a friendly dealer. Dan32
No, its a joke RS32 and I share. I talked about doing a whole car in carbon once and he has never let me forget. Would like a few carbon goodies on there one day though.

StevenTubby
2003 53 Plate Silver 3dr 27k half leather Konigs, Tracker and Road/Laser Pilot fitted, 2 new front tyres, great condition being sold back to dealer sometime next week, can go to you for £16.5k if it's before then. I am only seling it cos i'm moving to Spain next year, where I will buy exactly the same car with the exception of steering wheel in wrong place. PM me if you are interested, Im in Reading – bit of a trek, but if you want a good one…

Chav
Mk IV R32 in black is the nicest golf I've seen. MK V's look too toned down in comparison. Shame.
