kite
On the wheels I use virisol to clean then dry and wax. Virisol here http://olympiccleaning.co.uk/detail_image.asp?Code=E50014 I use Liquid leather cleaner then their conditioner. Ask JC about the body work, he's looking for something to practice on with his new PC
adigraham
I found a good start on TSN but got the rest of my answers on DW. I watch both forums .. DW is specialised for cleaning etc where as TSN is mixture of different topics.

Tarmac_Terrorist
As for wheel sealants, I've had excellent ecperience with the new Car Plan nanotec wheel protector spray stuff. I use it on my car which I wash weekly but have also used it on my sisters car when I detailed it for her in early October. I washed her car for the first time since then (9-10 weeks since original application) and although the wheels were completely black with brake dust, it all washed off really easily with regular washmit & Autoglym shampoo.
