lottiefox
Having some intermittent wireless problems - keeps dropping connection (maybe its the fog!), I can get back on usually but the repair function says it is unable to clear the DNS cache. What does this mean? Do I need to clear it and if so how? Fecking wireless things. Hate them.

lottiefox
[ QUOTE ] Start -> Run -> ipconfig /flushdns [/ QUOTE ] Thank you! Done that. What does it do/do I need to do it regularly?
nordberg
You shouldn't need to worry about your DNS cache if you're just browsing the Internet. It's more relevent in LAN scenarios to be honest.
