UBM
Hi A colleague has a 1999 2.8 V6 A6 avant and it has come with non-standard 18" 225/45 tyres, which are making the car tramline badly. Does anyone know what the standard wheel and tyre size should be? Thanks UBM
jimdiesel
My 2000 2.5TDi SE came with 205/60 16''. I think the wheel width was 7J.

nicknick
My 1998 2.5 tdi quattro sport came with/is on 205 /55 16 ( the competition alloys ) and I'm sure that 2.8 V6 sports had the same wheel / tyre combination...

v8evg
Hi If your friend is interested I have a set of original Audi A6 2.8 quattro sport 16" alloys with good tyres. The wheels need refurbishing, but once done his problem will be solved and a nicer ride too. Let me know if he is interested Thanks Jonathan
