Domus
Just set up a wireless connection in the spare room. The hardwired machine is in the study. Setting up the wireless machine has overridden the email. All new emails are arriving on the upstairs machine, and not appearing on the main one. Is there a secret button to click somewhere. Biffa
It sounds like a pop3 account in which case if you want to access mail on both machines you need to tick a box in the account setup Advanced section to "leave a copy of mail on the server" also a good idea if you are going to do that to tell it to delete the mail off the server if you delete it in outlook. chrisan
Yes this is really the only way. Bear in mind if you don't delete mail (as per the suggestion), you may run out of quota on the pop3 server. If you have the option, you might be better switching to IMAP. Lookout Express is actually a fairly decent IMAP client, unlike Outlook.
