alera
Unfortunately just bought a Maserati 4200, my wife would kill me if I bought another new motor Having only been offered £9000 for a late 02 D2 by a dealer and the hassle of selling it privately, I have decided to stick with it for a while and get craigy b to do a widescreen sat nav fit and tv in motion to keep me happy for a while longer. Fantastic car though, I am sure it will sell extremely quickly at that price, I saw it on ebay I am amazed you didnt get what it was on for orginally to be honest... I never saw it on Autotrader, you should stick it on there as well, I still buy most of my cars off there...

garcon magnifique
I know this doesn't help ( ) but if I hadn't changed my car 3 months ago I'd be sorely tempted. Looks like it's a credit to you - and a damn shame you have to sell it.

I knew it would sell straight away for that money. £70,000 plus car 3 years or so old in perfect nick for £20,000. Absolute bargain.

edo
Yup, guess so. Will miss the old girl, but got to keep moving. Lets just see how long I can remain interested in the A3! My first Diesel. oooooh. The last 3 years has looked like this: A3,TT,Laguna (temp),RX8,M5,S4,Golf GTI,A8 (plus a westie, now replaced with an Elise), not to mention my girlfriend - A3,Z3,Chimaera,SLK,3series. I think we might need Counselling...

alera
Not at all. I am like that, I get bored with cars very easily. You must either have deep pockets or be very good at buying and selling though !
edo
I'd like to think good at buying and selling. only lost 2k on the TT in 18 months (sold whilst still high demand), only 1k on the rx(still a waiting list), westfield practially nothing (swapped the S4 for the golf and westie), M5 onlt 2k or thereabouts, A8 hasnt been too bad either...
