crazy.gif popped out at lunch today to pick up some wedding stuff from the printers, having a nice drive in the new car and didn't notice the camera van ahead on a nice straight clear section of the dual-carriageway A31 'hogs back' - for some reason its a 60mph not NSL Flush.gif

crazy.gif Anyone care to guess what I'm looking at for eighty-something (85?) - 3 points? 6 points? court date?

crazy.gif I think it will go to the dealers as I'm sure the V5 hasn't been processed yet? The car was purhcased last Friday smashfreakB.gif

Did they definitely get you? I went past a scamera van on that road at well over 85ish *cough* and didn't get anything....can only assume he was having a coffee at that time.....

Two weeks of doom methinks waiting....reckon if they did it could be 6 points and a fine. SAUER0421.GIF

Bazza - You might be lucky and receive 3 points and £60 fine - but that is a bit unlikely IMO frown.gif if you get a summons - speculation on what you will get is exactly that - speculation - it really will depend on the magistrate on the day!

6 points sounds a little steep to me! 169144-ok.gif

grin.gif do you think I can claim that as the car was new I was testing its capabilities? At least I was doing less than 159mph - I should get off no worries? jump.gif

Yeah, it helps if one is an officer of the law in cases of this nature, where apparently it has been proven that one can allegedly get away with murder!!! SAUER0421.GIF
