Paul
Yellow might limit resale. Its a bit like marmite. love it or hate it.

TheReverend
Blue Blue Blue. It's the only way. looks lovely in summer and keeps cleaner for longer than black. Yellow is lovely too but as the man said; might limit resale. My advice is go for the car you want to have. If you see a great yellow or black one and a mid spec blue one then get the best spec / condition you can find. I'd certainly avoid all the dullest colours as they just look so dreary. Blue / Silver / Red / Black / Yellow. Of course the wild card is that Ferarri red one that someone had on the site a while back. That trumps all colours! Wallachie
Avus Silver or Noggy Blue for moi.
Tunbridge
I'm a big fan of Ming Blue, but then I would say that...
MattS3
Out of those 3 colours, I'd go for black. Looks gorgeous when its clean, nothing comes close to a clean black car. Blue would be my 2nd choice. but not with the blue trim inside, its too garish. 3rd would be yellow, not because I dislike it, but would be concerned at resale time. Again it would also have to have all black leather trim.
Phil84afc
My order would be Black, Yellow, Blue. They are all nice colours but black looks the classiest, albeit the hardest to keep clean. I think yellow looks the absolute nuts but as said above, resale and the fact that girls would prefer black is the wounder... Silver is ok but it is the most common car colour and you wanna try and stand out a bit. Whatever you do, just don't but Goodwood Green - why ANYONE would but an S3 in that colour unless they were over 50 is beyond me...
TheReverend
Blue with blue interior too! it's the way forward. When I had mine whenever I had any work on it they would always tell me how nice it is to see a different interior. Granted you may be called a pimp by some heathens but forget them. You're man enough to handle a splash of colour! Have a look for yourself!
Dallan
Have also been searching for a 2003 S3 to update my 2001 model.... quite scarce in this part of the planet which we would appear to share. For me it had to be black and 'absolute black' if possible. All previous A3/A3TQ and S3 cars have been 'ebony black' but never seemed to shine when clean like 'absolute black'. Have now found what I've been looking for and am not disappointed. Good luck with your search - colour is also personal taste so if you like the colour of something you find then that should be good enough for you. D. Paul
Ebony Black can shine if you know how to prepare it. search my "Swissol Shiny" threads in the cleaning forum.
