Woppum
Found a few chops of the concept M3. It seems like the CSL wheels will be the optional 19" rims. My personal fave is the Alpine white which I would have with the carbon roof and probably blk leather. Will be interesting to see if they offer ceramic brakes and better suspension as an option too. Really hope they offer racing seats - sad but I think that might be the crunch for me... Alpine White: So what you going for?
mark88
http://www.bmw.com/com/en/index_highend.html 3d color/wheel config is here. The 19" wheels aren't the CSL wheels.

[/ QUOTE ] I'm glad they have ditched the CSL alloys. The CSL alloys belong on the E46 CSL-period. The Alpine white looks But it's between that and Silverstone II initially-both with Black leather interior and the Leather/carbon weave trim. [/ QUOTE ] They did it for the RS4 and this is the one that is 'supposed' to be more of a drivers car... Long shot - probably... You think it will drive with the rawness of the CSL G? sitas3
each to their own with white cars - never been a fan personally. Now those pics of the M3 in Melbourne Red are very nice. Hmmmm. However my days of buying red cars are over - they're a nightmare to sell.
Woppum
Really think that car looks fab. Why dont they put decent seats in it!!!!
Woppum
Im a bit doolaly with my thoughts on this now. I think I am going to try and test drive a GT3 tomorrow just to throw a spanner in to the works...
Maxyboy
That does look the nuts!!!! You boys who have one on order are very lucky indeed!! Wopps, i understand what you mean about the racing seats. I never liked the first r32 i looked at because it had the standard seats, but the upgraded seats in the next car i seen clinched the deal for me. They offered more support and more importantly a great deal more theatre. These small options are the things that can totally transform a car for me. CabGirl
The white looks good and you could probably pull it off Woppum but this looks classy!

[/ QUOTE ] To similar to my CSL - would make me miss it more. I want something different. I like the blue, but have already had it with the R32. Like the charcol but find it a bit plain. Like the red but find it a bit (old ) -then the white looks fantastic will need to get it cleaned twice a week but that's ok. Just need to see what options they offer for the inside... I had them in my R32 and since then I dont think I want to go back to normal seats. It will really upset me...

Woppum
I like the idea of red leather, but the seets dont look intresting enough to warrent colour. Think Ill go for blk seats and carbon inserts... Sticking to my guns and gonna tick the 'white' box too.
gizze
I wish they had offered Moonstone on this car, I think it would have really suited it, one of the best colours I have seen in a long time, saw a 3 sport touring in Moonstone with the piano gloss trim, looked lurvely!! Ian_C
Hang on, isn't Silverstone II basically Moonstone? If so, we've all seen it in real life before: E39 M5.
gizze
Nah, moonstone is like a metallic white, or a very, very pure, bright silver. Silverstone II is more like silver with a hint of light blue in it. This is Nomis' old M5 in moonstone.....
Woppum
That dies look nice. Steve just posted this wider arch chop and I think it looks fantastic!
