Guys,

Really need some help with VW customer services. Some of you may remember from a previous post( link) that i've had issues with the fixing of my recaros. They replaced the covers once because of the design fault, the seats looked really baggy and creased, so they've had another go. The baggyness has gone, but I still have ugly crease/folds in the shoulder baffle region which look shite. Customer services are saying they've done all they will do and so are the dealers. Customer services offered my £100 as a good will gestures , which is a fecking piss take.

What can I do? Who knows someone higher up the chain? ... I just want my seats fixed in the car that I love...

Any help much appreciated..

Cheers

Hi

Best thing is to write to Paul Willis head of VW and set out your problem and ask him to resolve. it will then go to a team dedicated to complaints to the MD.

My experience hasn't been great, but as it's horrible engine gearbox stuff I thinbk you would have more of a chance of getting it sorted.

Just a question though, did they offer you £100 in cash or vouchers for something?

thanks for the info guys, I'll have a dig through some old posts. If any one reading this has Paul Willis' email address to hand can you post it please, thanks.

No vouchers offered, I had to buy stuff then invoice with receipts, like I have time to do that sh*t, i'm too busy writing mails about my seats grin.gif
