Woppum
As mentioned here,, byt Stiggypop. I never fully got the Turbo cabs. They IMHO never looked that handsome and this version is no better. Why would anyone buy an ugly cab? At £106 basic with options you are getting to 430, Gallardo or GTC money. Yes this is undercut slightly but will it be popular? Ari
A lot of pople want German engineering, and regard cars like the Ferrari and Lambo as a bit "mid life crisis" or a bit fragile compared with a German car so yes, I'd say it has a market. (The Bentley is not really a sportscar so doesn't really compare if someone wnts a "driving machine").
Wallachie
I just can't get to like the new turbo wheels, they're horrid and spoil the look of the whole car. The cab looks pants anyway, no wheels will ever make it appeal to me. In fact, I have never liked any of the 911 cabs over the years. Mook
Turbo 911 cabs have never done it for me - they should be driven, not used for posing. Fezza if you want a quick cab
ashleyadam
Me either really need to be in hard top just look to over board with the large rear wing and those new wheels.

The SL55 should not be forgotten as a possibly better alternative too, its not a huge amount slower and has better looks. In fact you could get a second hand 65 for less money and be quicker! See if the car looked better I could understand it. It has an auto, its very comfortable and has all the toys. Its not a feel some car and with its short wheelbase and extra strengthening, its probably not that far off the coupe on the road. Its just the look of the damn thing! Cupramax
The problem with 911 cabs is the engine being in the back they tend to end up looking like prams
Calm Chris
[ QUOTE ] The problem with 911 cabs is the engine being in the back they tend to end up looking like prams [/ QUOTE ] But compare the realiability of Porsche v Italian and there lies a reason why 75% of City folk will choose German over Italian. Lambo are more German than Italian due to ownership, but the reputation for them being about as strong as a TVR still sticks

Its also worth remembering that many will not want to turn up to work or the supermarket in a car that pulls the crowds. The Porka will always be a much more understated choice that I would go for every time.
