thepm
I was using my Sat-Nav today and wanted to access the trip computer to see how much fuel I had to go. I could not find a way to do this and the screen in-between the speedo and rev counter only wanted to show the navigation info, normally it is just the up/down button on the end of the wiper stalk? I cancelled the navigation and then I could get to it, is there a way? Philip
A8_Tony
Hi Philip, the only way you may be able to achieve this is by using the little button under the stalk to switch displays. Otherwise it's a case of sat nav or DIS info. BTW, next York meet is 27th May
fudge
The button under the right hand stalk operates in a different way in the D3s compared with the D2 A8s. In the D2 it switches between the 2 separate computer memories. In the D3 it switches between Satnav and Computer in the Dis between the speedo and revcounter. You decide which particular memories you wish to display in the Dis with the MMI then cycle through them as normal with the rocker switch on the end of the stalk. thepm
You are both Genii! I had forgotten all about that little button. I must of tried every other one, looked through all the MMI menus, easy when you know how. Not that logical really because if you press the "mode" button on the wheel it changes to phone and radio so you would think another press would give you the computer. When's my manuals arriving!!!!! (allegedly they are on the press, must be one of those old clunk, clunk ones as they have been on since 16th Feb). Thanks guys Philip
