BrakeSnake
Just about to leave for London, to make the ferry crossing tomorrow morn for calais and on to the 'Ring... Finally time to see how the .:R can handle the Green Hell... Wish I had some Bilsteins or KW's, but maybe next time... Still, I hope to come back with some ringside (spectators only now) photo's and a write up on how the full Milltek system, Cams, ARB's and Race mode setting of the Haldex controller perform... Wish me luck....

Tonsko
Yes, mate. Wicked. At least in the .:R you won't be vulnerable to the accident those two poor chaps had - 7 seconds on the Nurburgring in an old Zimmer 328 (or was it an M3?) before stamping on the loud pedal, losing control and stuffing it straight into an earthen bank. Ah here we go. One quick YT search later...

Mook
[ QUOTE ] Wish me luck.... [/ QUOTE ] As long as it's not wet, in which case I wish you the power of a 1000 KG of extra downforce. Don't worry, it's just feckin evil in the rain...

Mook
If you want a proper YouTube vid of a mega lap of the 'Ring, try this one, which has been in the General Cars forum for a day or so. 8 and a bit minutes of cracking driving and sh*t, the Lambo and the CLK GTR are both feckin quick

Tonsko
Stupid question: I've always wandered what the graffiti on the track is about. Who and why?

Mook
Bloody hell, Wopps, we managed 10'35" by wringing the nuts off our Scumball Scirocco that was eating a litre of oil every 100 miles - feck those hills were frustrating - we wanted to get out and push some of the time. So 10' must be easily within your reach, whatever toy you take
