harrogate audi- excellent servcie 1st time

Having had my fill of Teesside i popped down to harrogate audi for the A4 ist AVS service(250 all in).

Its a nice large open site with pleanty parking. I was meet by Jay the lass in charge of the servcie team. Ran over what they would do, asked if i needed anything done under warranty and said there was a ECU update to be done.

well i said the ecu had been done by teesside month ago. She checked with the database and it was showing as not done.

mmm

anyway got my C'Car-new 2.0TDI sline with 250 excess(teessdie try it on with £1000)

called me to let me know the ecu hadnt been done(MMMMM) and they would do it.

picked car up at required time, it hadnt been washed as i asked(theres a first) and was shown to car by Jay.

Overall i found them to be very helpfull and will be using them from now one. They are fitting my RS4 ARB next week (£100 all in inc the correct size bushes)

Now teesside on the other hand will be getting visit to explain why they lied and didnt apply a update as instructed.
