Nelson_R32 Posted May 14, 2007 Report Share Posted May 14, 2007 A3 and A3 Sportback Changes to standard equipment / settings • Please note for all manual vehicles built following 22/07 the engine can only be started by depressing the clutch. • An improved maintenance concept with reorganised maintenance work and times will be introduced to meet the various customer driving profiles. This maintenance concept will also be introduced on the Audi TT and A5 from model year ’08 onwards. • A key component of the improved maintenance concept is the distinction between "oil change" and "inspection", instead of coupling the service events to the oil change intervals as previously done. A further communication will follow from Audi Aftersales and Service giving more detail. Changes to optional equipment • 7.5J x 17 ‘5-spoke’ design alloy wheel is not available in combination with S line trim. • 7.5J x 18 ’14 spoke’ design alloy wheels are no longer available. • Audi exclusive leather packages are only available in conjunction with Sport seats. • Audi exclusive line now includes head restraints with coloured stitching. It can now be ordered via the dialog ordering system with the price remaining unchanged. Changes to colour range Deleted Brilliant Blue (E8) There are no other changes to A4 Saloon and Avant in 08 Model Year. A4 Cabriolet The following items are removed from ordering: • 7.5J x 17 ‘9-spoke Star’ design alloy wheels. • 8J x 18 ’14-spoke’ design alloy wheels. The following specification changes take place with no changes to pricing: • 3.2 FSI and 3.0TDI S line models include highly polished black front grille and rear diffuser. • All S line and S4 quattro models change from orange indicator lenses to clear. The following changes take place to optional equipment: • USB connection is introduced • S line exterior styling increases in price. Nelson_R32 Posted May 14, 2007 Author Report Share Posted May 14, 2007 A6 Saloon and Avant The following changes occur from production week 22: • The 3.2 FSI engine is no longer available with manual transmission The following changes will be made to equipment for A6 Saloon and Avant: • Milano leather replaces Volterra leather • Cruise control gains a new display in the instrument cluster of the set target speed. • S line Saloon now with S6 style integrated bootlid spoiler. • The cigarette lighter becomes a 12v power outlet The following items are removed from ordering: • 8J x 18 ’14-spoke’ design alloy wheels. • Brilliant Blue (E8) paint finish. • Load area storage box (Avant) There are no other changes to A6 Saloon and Avant for 08 Model Year. A6 allroad The following changes will be made to equipment for A6 allroad: • Cruise control gains a new display in the instrument cluster of the set target speed. • Load area storage box is deleted There are no other changes to A6 allroad for 08 Model Year. Optional equipment changes are as follows: • Cruise control gains a new display in the instrument cluster of the set target speed. • Rollover sensing to activate Sideguard in case of imminent rollover • Telephone roof antenna is painted in body colour • Verano leather plus upholstery – door armrest and handle no longer in leather. • Verano leather plus upholstery with electric sports seats – door armrest and handle no longer in leather. • Leather upholstery on Standard models now includes Comfort Centre Armrest New options Audi Lane Assist, uses a discreet camera at the top of the windscreen to monitor the road ahead. The driver is warned via a vibration of the steering wheel if the vehicle is about to exit the lane unintentionally. (This is only available in combination with a four spoke steering wheel. S line badging and stitching are not available) £400.00 Inlays Audi exclusive Carbon £1,250.00 Changes to colour range Deleted Silver, metallic (5B) NEW Ice Silver, metallic (P5) There are no other changes to Audi Q7 for 08 Model Year.
