mark88
I've just discovered http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/ It's fantastic! I have 3 computers on my desk, iMac, Macbook & PC. With synergy I can have 1 keyboard and mouse connected to the iMac and use them on the PC and Macbook without any additional hardware or wires. It's like magic! Actually it uses TCP/IP but it's so so simple. If you use multiple computers then definitely check it out. You can also copy on one computers, move the mouse over to the other computer and paste. The Windows versions has a GUI, mac GUI version here http://software.landryhetu.com/synergy/
Thorburn
Excellent find, shall be having a play with this when I move house as will have at least 2 PC's set up on one desk and since my monitor has multiple inputs sounds cheaper than buying a KVM
