Merlot
A difficult one to price and not too pretty numbers. The last Glasses I have is March but Cab prices will not have fallen from then. It prices an 06 reg 55 plate tip with nav at £27600 trade and £30600 retail. For some reason Glasses lists B6 and B7 Cabs together rather than separate as for the saloon and avant - B7 owners seem to lose out from this. Sorry! Trade is still £27,600 in the May Glass's with 16k, Nav and Tip. Retail is - somewhat strangely - £30,025. No idea what to put it in Autotrader for. Perhaps a cheeky £29,995 to start with? Audi Main Agents are trying to sell 2004 B6 S4 Cabs with 35k for £28,995. Yours is two years, 20k and a facelift fresher. Ian
Chav
Cheers chaps! Pretty shite though as B7 S4 cabs are a dam side dearer from stealers than B6 ones! feckers.
Merlot
Keep it another year? It will only depreciate £3k in that time.

The B7 will be obselete by June 2008. Depreciation is cliff like on Audis when the new model comes out. No way will this car be worth 27k in 12 months assuming the mileage increases by the same rate. Chav
Dont be a mac Ian. Get out of the A4 forum, wash your sodding mouth out, and then come back in! Show me the price of 2 year old B6 S4 cabriolets right now please. (well after you've washed your mouth out)
Ian_C
S4 B5 prices took a serious hammering when the B6 hit the Paris Motorshow, 28th September 2002. Biturbo reckons his lost 3k almost overnight! Not a Cab, granted, but new models coming out kill old shapes, especially on prestige German metal. Chav
Exactly, not a cab. And there wasn't a B5 cab anyway Now do me a favour - go buy yourself a nice V8 and go and make plenty of nice emissions so global warming keeps increasing ... and cabriolet prices stay high! Merlot
Its not worth £30k, its worth £27k to the trade. I appreciate your point about residuals when new models come out but cabs always suffer less from this and the A5 Cab will probably not be here as early as June 08. [/ QUOTE ] Yes, I can afford to buy a B6 S4 Avant. Slight problem when it comes to insurance though Chav. You going to pay that for me?
