fatcat
Just had the front pads and sensors replaced by a Porsche specialist, none of this OPC stuff The place is Autostrasse in Coggashall, Essex and the guy has been running the place for 17 years. I had a nice long chat with him this morning and left after an hour, job all done, no fuss. New front pads and sensors £221. Contact Autostrasse on 01376 562922. lmmlmmam
What mileage did you get out of them? Any idea what the OPC would have charged?
fatcat
Changed at 14367 and were told that I could have gotten 24k out of them............//pinch of salt// I think the stealer wanted circa £340...............
lmmlmmam
Thanks FC. I'll have to keep an eye on mine (my car has done more miles than your's and hasn't had any yet).
bazza_g
I sold my 987S with 25k on the clock and it still have more than 50% of the pads left according to the 111 point check I had done at Reading OPC for the new owner
fatcat
I might add, I did a few trackdays........ Brands Bedford Snetterton Spa Nurburgring x 1.5 so, I reckon 14k was not too bad, considering.....

lmmlmmam
Thanks for the extra info. I think mine should be ok for a bit. No track days and heavy braking isn't really my thing.
