Well Dansky I know how you feel!

A couple of months ago I found out my g/f was seeing someone she works with. You are a better man than me though,I wasn't going to try to save our relatinoship.I think if you can't trust them it's time to move on. I stayed there without saying anything until I had completed on buying a house. I now live on my own and haven't said a word to her in 3 days and counting!

Roll on the good times 169144-ok.gif

I think we all have different ways in which we want to deal with these things. And, I guess it also depends on how the relationship has been since the start 169144-ok.gif

At the end of the day there are only 2 options we have... stay or go.

Good luck mate, seems you have got it sorted with the new house and all 169144-ok.gif

....Mine was 20 years too! Some people are very open with their character and you do know them very well, although you never know anyone 100% I don't reckon. Others just don't have the ability to be open.

You'll probably hate your now ex gf for a while and it's part of how you protect your own feelings and is very natural. In time you'll get over it and won't hate her (which is healthier and calmer for you) but you'll never trust her and so any friendship with her will always be limited. Not all women are untrustworthy though.

A couple of years from now, or a truly good lady in your life, whichever comes first, and you'll just think of it as just one chapter in your life and you'll have learnt something from it to bring to other relationships.

We are all different and it isn't compulsory to even have a gf.

Beat you! mine was 21 years! grin.gif

It will take you a while to get your confidence back - and being single feels really strange - but just remember one thing.

Loads of women out there to get stuck into now - who is going to be the first to get some lurrrrve. 123576-assfeck.gif

This may sound shallow........but its true grin.gif

Remember when you first found love how you felt so good

Kind that last forever more so you thought it would

Suddenly the things you see got you hurt so bad

How come the things that make us happy make us sad

Well it seems to me that

Joy and pain are like sunshine and rain

Joy and pain are like sunshine and rain

Love can be bitter love can be sweet

Sometimes devotion and sometimes deceit

The ones that you care for give you so much pain

Oh but it's alright there both one in the same

Don't it seem we go through life going up and down

Seems the things that turn you on turn you around

Always hurting each other if it ain't one thing its another

But when the world is down on you love's somewhere around

Well it seems to me that

Joy and pain are like sunshine and rain

Joy and pain are like sunshine and rain

Joy and pain are like sunshine and rain

Joy and pain are like sunshine and rain

Over and over you can be sure

There will be sorrow but you will endure

Where there's a flower there's the sun and the rain

Oh and it's wonderful there both one in the same

Joy and pain are like sunshine and rain
