sms720
Does anyone know how to synchronise he clocks on all of the PC's on a workgroup. We actually have a W2K3 Server but it is not running as a domain controller. All the other PC's are XP or W2K and need t have the same time as the server even if the server clock is wrong (it is not connected to the internet). I have tried doing some net time commands from a workstation but it says access denied when trying to set the time from the server. I am not great on this network stuff can anyone give me some pointers please?
craigyb
use ntp, set up a master and sync them to it, or use the ntp sync in windows to point to a time server of your choice in the workgroup.
