9969
I have just inherited my Boss's old laptop which is very nice - but I wanted to ask some advice from the experts out there ! The Laptop has been "cleaned" of any work items and is in full working order - it does have a CD drive with the words CD writer and DVD / RW - does this mean that this drive can write DVD's and CD's ? Seems like a silly question , but I don't seem to have any software to write DVD's. The Laptop will play DVD's fine , and I have installed Windows Media Player 11 - so it plays and writes CD's great. Is it just a matter of installing DVD writer software to let me burn DVD's ? (Laptop is 3 years old - Toshiba Satelite) Any help would be appreciated)
pingpongpo
If it has DVD/RW on the side, it can burn DVD's and CD's!! You need some DVD burning software as windows doesn't have any support for this. Defo not XP anyhooo not sure about Vista.
