mpaul0055
Alright Guys Well the car went into Blueflame today for them to develop an exhaust for the Mk5. Collecting her back today then will be getting the exhaust fitted in about a month once its ready. Im getting giddy about the noise. Id read a few horror stories on here about them, buta ll seemed like a top lot, and a very good setup. Will post pics and info up as soon as i get more. So in a month guys they`ll be a choice of a BlueFlame Exhaust too...
RedRobin
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think lottiefox has a Blueflame on her Audi TT and I think she is happy with it [??].
JasT
I'm happy with the BlueFlame on my mk4. It's different to standard in that it's slightly louder, but because the steel is not as thick as the standard exhaust you sort of get that crackly noise when you floor it. I like it but it's personal taste. I must try an unsilenced center section though
Mook
I don't remember there being any horror stories about BlueFlame exhausts. Yes, Robin, Lottie runs a BF on her TTQS
R32Ash
I think there was just one story of a problem on here - it was someone whose system didn't fit properly IIRC, but I'm sure that was a one-off. I know a few people with Blueflame systems and all are happy with them. I've been to the factory (with Ian Birch of Dubsport) once and it was a very impressive setup. They got everything they needed to do be done on the day, so should be getting the exhaust fitted in the next couple of weeks. Thumbs up to the Guys there... Will Get Some Pics Up As Soon As Its Done...
JasT
It'd be nice to hear a comparison of a Mk4 and Mk5 side by side !

JasT
Probably not close to you if you're near Blueflame. I'm in Essex.
Yeatshome
I had a blueflame on my FTO GR and it was great a little more growly than the std one. I think it was stainless steel/ I have no idea if that makes much any difference to the sound
