JoshP
I picked up a 1976 2500M. It's in rough shape, but mostly just needs to be cleaned up. It needs all new carpet and some clean-up work... It has been sitting for 6 years and I just changed the oil and gas and put in a fresh battery. It turns over ok but the starter stays on. I had to disconnect the battery to get it to stop. also, after about 30 seconds, when I got it off, there was no fuel on the spark plugs. I figure that's about right as the gas probably didn't have time to make it there yet (yes/no?). The starter is the next big one though... is this a starter problem or a problem with the wiring? I am not a mechanic, just kinda handy. 1st of many likely requests for help... Thanks Josh
