shao_khan
So what are peoples perceptions fo these? My A4 needed new ones within 20k miles, i didnt think that was too bad though. The S3 has a mark by the clutch foot, almost bear, in less than 2k miles. I appreciate living in MK i have a lot of roundabouts and thus a lot of gear changes, but isnt this kind of wear a bit much already? Any other options? edo
I def think both the mat and main carpet quality in my 07 is not what it was in my 2001 A3. Accountants. pah.

shao_khan
My 2004 A4 mats lasted about 35k miles before I had serious wear marks. Maybe we need a group letter to Audi RE: Oi sort it.
Sparky
Mine saw 41k when I sold the car and there were no signs of wear like you're describing.
PetrolDave
I had to replace the drivers mat on my 2004 S4 after just over 25k miles, big hole where my right heel rested. Didn't replace the mats on my 8L S3 in 3 years and over 30k miles. I've got Autostyle mats in my RS4 (wasn't going to pay the Audi Exclusive rip-off price to get the RS4 logo) and after 13k miles they're still as good as new. nordberg
Mine wore through at 6K. I will be expecting the drivers side to be replaced at my first service in a few weeks time.

lesK
My mats lasted 6 months before they were replaced under warrenty! Beware though I didn't get a receipt for the replacements (because I knew that I would bring them back to the same dealer if they went wrong) and they wouldn't replace the new ones eeven though they have gone too!! They said because I didn't have a receipt they couldn't replace them even though they had it on record that I had bought them back to them!!!!!!! B*****ds! nordberg
I fully expect mine to be replaced. I mentioned it to the dealer when it first started happening and he assured me it would be dealt with under warranty. Pretty piss poor for Audi to supply such rubbish mats though.
