jari Posted February 8, 2008 Report Share Posted February 8, 2008 Why does my rear wiper on the mkV .:R32 go nuts in the morning? sometimes I have to pull over and turn the engine off and back on to reset the damn rear wiper, it can keep going the entire journey! anyone else have/had this problem or is it just user error? Tarmac_Terrorist Posted February 8, 2008 Report Share Posted February 8, 2008 Mine does the same - have to stop & restart engine to stop it. Mine's a 2006 GTI. I understand that VW sorted this issue for 2007 models. Must get mine booked in to be sorted. As mentioned, a new motor is required to fix the fault.
