It needs to much work to be worth real money, and even if finished, it's never going to be worth a lot, 'replicas' of anything rarely are. Buying a car that you can't see running is a huge gamble anyway, while that ebayer seems honest from his description (not wanting stuff loaded in the car for transport etc), he could be offloading a money pit with a knackered engine/gearbox etc, and you've no way of telling 'till it's too late.
