Ridley Scott Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 This started before Christmas on the odd ocasation and is now become more frequent. When I press either the Drivers Door mounted or the Remote Boot lid Button the Lid raises on the Drivers side breifly about an inch then drops back down. I have lubricated the hinges and even put a coating of talcum powder around the seal so now I am led to beleive there must be some procedure of adjustment between the motor and lid as this is not a sudden failure, its occurred over the mounths.
