Bison1379134007 Posted August 21, 2003 Report Share Posted August 21, 2003 failing that is there any trick to checking the oil on the t350c without being burnt?? see coz its a dry sump i know you have to have the oil at tempratire... which makes the cap REALLY hot. is there some trick to it? or is it really just use a rag/gloves type manuevre? Drop pants, squat over engine, clench arse cheaks and twist!!! never mind taking the oil cap off.. you need Aspestos (spelling?) hands just to change gear and pull hand break after you've had it running for 10 minutes... On a serious note the early tuscans had to have an upgrade to the gear shift to absorbe the heat... yeah the oil filler can be a bit of a bitch.... el scorchio!!!
