kerbside
I had a TVR Tuscan (1999) speed six in the other day. The electric fans did not come on when they should have. Traced it to the temp sensor half way along the cylinder head on the left (As viewed from the front) Anyway, it is the same sensor as the Vauxhall Corsa (Up to 1999) uses in its radiator. Quick phone call to the local TVR dealer confirmed this is a common fault. Also, noticed the steering column coupling under the dash is the same one used on the Vauxhall Vectra up to 2000. This coupling was subject to a recall on the Vectra and a more reliable coupling was developed and fitted. This coupling I would imagine wlll also fit these TVRs. Trefor
That's what I like to see - tips like this are great, keep them coming. The way things are right now we're going to have to nip down the scrappers for spare parts for all TVRs!
