Comes with charger, box, manuals, battery etc - which are 6 months old. I returned my original N95 as it developed a fault - and was supplied with a new one, hence the phone being 4 days old. It has the original battery cover panel on the back of the phone. Its the silver model. Great 5 megapixel Carl Zeiss Lens camera built-in.
