bazza_g
I knew it would happen eventually but the iDrive system crashed on me this afternoon. First, after starting the engine the iDrive menus were unresponsive and nothing could be selected (entertainment, nav etc). Stopped the car and restarted and it managed to half select entertainment - the radio started but with only half the screen graphics displayed. Got home and turned the car off but the radio stayed on, so did the screen - even after getting out and locking the car the radio and screen were still on  Had to get back in turn on and off a few more time for the screen and radio to actually stop when I was out of the door with the car locked. Hoping that after an hour or so off it will sort itself out, the cars just had the latest service update to cure the ipod problems - anyone else had this sort of problem? Golfer
Bazza, I have only had the SatNav screen freeze on me twice in the three months I've owned the 635DS, that's due too a hydrid disk with the Speed scamera locations added. Mine has been frankly light years ahead of all the Audi systems i've had. Take it back mate.

CarMad
Mine hasn't fallen over once, use the sat-nav all the time and lots of the features. Hope you get it sorted soon, or it plays nice.
Cagey
Have the dealers agreed to sort the hubs, or are you just paying a visit to try to get them to agree to remedial work? Mine are looking manky as you like already - far, far worse than the Golf was at nearly 2 years old....
