Cayenne wannabe

I am hoping to join the Cayenne Club in the very near future and am looking for a couple of tips for existing owners.

I am looking at an '04 Cayenne S which has 22" rims and 38K on the clock.

Firstly, are there any major items that I should look out for; I understand that the first major service is at 40K ... is this expensive?

Secondly, for anyone who has one with large rims, how do you find the ride, wear and tear etc?

Lastly, are you glad you bought one or are there little niggles that annoy you?
