She could put the music on but when you connected it to your PC it wouldn't play ball. Best thing to do would be to get her music / pay for it etc..... ;). +++

cramad thanks for reply, let me just get this straight, If used her mac only things would be fine as my ipod would believe that is my home pc. ... so basically is use hers to buy and transfer stuff every things fine??? but if i tried linking it to my home pc the ipod would crash??

''Best thing to do would be to get her music / pay for it etc..... ;)''. what u mean is pay for all her tracks privately through i tunes???

 No ... Basically you are breaking the copyright laws by copying her music and you not paying for it, but hey everyone seems to do it. :o;)

What I meant was you can get all her music (Except those that she has bought from Itunes, as it won't copy to your PC) all the music she has ripped to her PC as aac or MP3 you should be able to copy to your PC and then add it into your itunes library. If you want to buy anything from Itunes do it on your own PC. However personally I'd buy the CD or get the MP3's online DRM free and not from itunes as it always locks you to apple forever then. +++

Hope thats a bit more clear. :)
