Audi A4 iphone stuff?

I've just bought an 07 A4 with the dash-mounted phone system. I've been looking around loads of web pages and found iphone cradles but none seem to fit the iphone 3G 8Gb. Does anyone know where these can be bought?

Also, I would like to hook up the iphone to the car audio system. I've found a few kits for doing this but I can see where they connect to on the car's system - is it that you have to remove the autochanger from the glovebox? If so, how do you do this - are special keys required?

Would be great if I could get what I need from somewhere?!
