Sinking cables into a wall - best way?/Height of TV

Yo.....Regarding height...it all depends on whether you are just using your TV for watching boring television or using it for interactive gaming...if you use a Wii for Wii sports or the Wii fit looking directly into the screen when you are standing is a whole new experience....also...Why bother sinking the cables into the wall at all?

For me I bought the iconceal as it dosn't need cutting or drilling into the wall...but it all depends on choice.
