525 question for the 525 experts

I have purchased a 6 month old 525 from a main dealer (collect Wednesday) and the purchase was based on the current 525 as per the brochure specs. The decision came down to the one purchased and a pre reg., at 2 weeks old, my understanding being they were exactly the same other than the factory options.

When insuring the car (through BMW) I was advised the car purchased is a 194hp model and not the 197 in the brochure. My concern is not the 4 hp, but how else the car differs.

Was there an update recently and if so what are the differences?
