Well, I know this one has been talked about a lot since its first showing in 2007 considering its TT-looks. Mechanically, it's based on the 308 hatchback, engines include 1.6-liter turbo fours with 156 or 200 horsepower and a 2-liter turbodiesel with 163 ponies. Also available with the oil-burning mill is a hybrid drivetrain supplemented by a 37-horsepower electric motor that matches the top gas engine's output while upping the ante with all-wheel-drive and environmental bragging rights.

Hopefully they will bring out a 1.4 TDi for TDK +++

On sale now, from £20,400.

... and the most pointless option (perhaps on any car, anywhere!) is the optional carbonfibre finish for the roof. This doesn’t replace the conventional steel roof; no, instead it simply sits on top, adding extra weight plus £1330 to the bill.

Entry Sport models have sports seats, dual-zone air-conditioning, alloy wheels, full electronic stability control, an MP3-compatible CD/radio, USB port and rear parking sensors. GT cars add leather upholstery, electric heated seats, front parking sensors, automatic lights and wipers and larger alloy wheels.

From launch, there will be a less powerful non-turbo version of the 1.6 petrol engine and in 2012 there will be a four-wheel-drive diesel hybrid version, which is a truly exciting prospect for TDK. :roflmao:

With this very combination, the RCZ will be able to return 72.4mpg, will puff out only 95g/km of CO2, and deliver huge performance due to a combined 369lb ft of torque.

Which is the only one that will sell, to girly types, in loud colours. But £20k ?! Anyone with half a brain will look at a Scirocco for the same money, but with real performance to match, and some quality too..

I'm just had a multiple orgasm in my pants. Which is embarrassing, as the receptionist is sat opposite me...
