Rockfote Fosgate speakers

Anyone much about the

rfr1406 6.5"midbass, pwr-14x tweeters and rfr1404 mids?

Someone has offered me the 6.5" componant set for £120 and an extra £45 for the mids.

Has anyone heard these speakers, and could recomend them?

Haven't heard them and using my sources can't find anything about them either!

However I have looked for new Rockford Fosgate speakers for around the same price and I've come across the ROC FNP 2614 component set.

Spec:

:> 6.5 inch (17cm) Fanatic P Component System

:> Mica Filled Polypropylene Cone

:> Foam Surround

:> 1 Multilayered Copper Voice Coils

:> Mylar Dome Tweeters

The cheapest I've found these is £129.99 brand new, and these would come with a warranty!

One quote said "A very good solution if you are after sound quality mixed in with sound pressure level. If you are just after sound quality, there may be better out there for the money, but for a component system which can provide decent quality, but can go very loud also, you can't go far wrong with these..."

Oh [censored] sorry I didnt explain very well. they are used (for last 4 months) the 6.5s are 120wrms.

But thats as much as he knows.

I think you will find they are quite an old speaker, but they are from Rockfords best time!

As it says onthe bottom of the manual 12/96!!!!
