thebrickcounter Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 Hi I bought a RNS-E sat nav (eBay)and the chap installed it in place of my smphony II stereo. Easy!! However the Bluetooth on my phone doesn't seem to recognise the unit. It worked on symphony II ok and on stereo the word PHONE came up on display and handsfree worked fine. On this system a message comes up stating the phone not connected ! The sat nav and radio part works ok. Also directions in dash area doesn't show step by step directions. The chap who fitted it didn't really understand problem, so I paid for unit and left. He seemed to be guessing where to plug cables in etc.. Is there anyone who could help?
