theduisbergkid
Hello to you ! It has been a year since we got Suck Squeeze Bang Blow (or s2b2 for short) off the ground, a huge thanks to everyone who has visited the site, read our work online or in the press, and given us feedback good and bad*. For those who missed the fun and games, here's a quick reminder... We’ve been up Stelvio in Fiat 500s, done a reliability trial in a wholly unsuitable Golf Gti, re-opened a closed Applecross pass then made ourselves sick in an Abarth 500, got told to “f*ck off and die” by a Peugeot RCZ owner for this spoof ad, reported on the merger of Land Rover Fancier and Practical Sex-Pest Magazines, took an XJ6 on a one-way trip to Valhalla, mainly sideways, nearly blagged a new Noble, been on a quest to find God’s own corner then got banned by Evo blogs for the ’dress your own Eddie Jordan’ Gag, we fooled no-one on April fool's day with the Derby International show featuring sexy Miss Ilkeston, then did Monte Carlo (and bust), *pauses for breath*, we’ve also paid homage to the motoring legend that is the Toyota Picnic and made a nuisance of ourselves chasing the ambulance chasers, then built a garage (or mausoleum) for Midgets called Barry and Errol discovered the Ultimate man-cave and joined the mile (and three quarters) high club at the Col de la Bonette. We’ve had work published in Practical Performance Car and Evo Magazines. There appears to be quite a few people visiting the s2b2 website although being a bit sh!t at computers we can’t be sure. There are more low cost high jinks planned for the coming year including something spec-flippin-tacular in Russia, something ‘eco’ that isn't rubbish, a ragging for the MX-5 at Santa Pod, a ‘ringtrip with a difference and more automotive adventures than you can shake your manstick at. A quick thanks to the long suffering Mrs Dr Octane, the current Mrs Duisberg Kid, Omi, all the nice chaps here at TyreSmoke, our make-up artists and God. In that order. We aim to update the site with something new most weeks and you can follow us on Twitter too @s2b2net and @TheDuisbergKid or email us at s2b2(at)easy(dot)com. Please let us know what you think, unless you are a cat-bummer, then we'd much rather you didn't. Now, let's crack open that bottle of Lambrini... Rich Duisberg and Dr Darryl Octane. * "Completely unsuitable for our Magazine" Chas Hallet of What Car.

DazzerVR6
Many thanks Barry. We have quite a few irons in the fire. Some involving Dacia Sanderos; some involving Lada Rivas, some involving space-age Lotus 7s. Let's keep you posted.

theduisbergkid
There's a screen with graphs on and stuff but we're too busy planning more adventures to interpret it.

Tipex
Many thanks Barry. We have quite a few irons in the fire. Some involving Dacia Sanderos; some involving Lada Rivas, some involving space-age Lotus 7s. Let's keep you posted. How do Dazzer, I hope none of these adventures are planned for anywhere around September, as I'll be up to my arms in new born baby type paraphernalia! Also, that little radio thing you gave me at Goodwood, will be getting used again next weekend, as the local airshow starts Thursday through to Sunday, and they are broadcasting on the same frequency as Goodwood did, glad I didn't bin it when I got home now! DazzerVR6
Next big Rental Adventure will be next July. Likely to involve big Dams, Dacia Sanderos and something about Dracula. We'll firm things up in the new year. Nice to see you both at FOS. Trying to get missus to go to the Revival next year. She'll only go because there's a bit of dressing up involved. Glad that earpiece was of use. I didn't like wearing it as it made me look like taxi driver ... no offence.
theduisbergkid
And there's the special thing at the German toll-road in a few weeks time...

I don't use an earpiece as I prefer my customers to hear both sides of the argument! And there's the special thing at the German toll-road in a few weeks time... Oh really? not heard anything about this yet.... I think I'm going to have to cash in some of my assets and un-sorn my Impreza, I'm getting bored of not thrashing anything around, even a little uk based thrash would help my withdrawl symptons from not ragging a hire car for a few months.
