A5 Cab wheel sizes

Does anyone know if these wheels will fit onto an A5 Cab?

7.5x17" A4 B8 Audi Alloy Wheels

Rim Width: 7.5J

Rim Diameter: 17

Offset: 45

Number of Studs: 5

Rim Diameter: 112

Rim Structure: One Piece

I use 17" A5 wheels on my A4 allroad as my winter wheels, not that helps you much.

Anyhow, the 7,5J x 17, 5/112 A5 alloy wheels have an offset of ET28. This means that when comparing offsets, ET28 v ET45, the B8 wheels Inner Clearance (the inside of the wheel to the strut housing) will be 17mm less whilst the Outer Position (position of the outside edge of the wheel) will retract by 17mm - the wheels will be slightly further under the car and the track reduced.

As above, Et28 is standard on the cab. Not sure whether the ones you menion will rub due to being further under the arches. I cant work out what Audi have done here as the A4 B8 and A5 are the same chassis but use considerably different offsets. been looking for a set of 17's for winter myself without much luck so interested in the outcome if you get them.

The OEM winter wheels are 7,0 x 17 ET45 (P/N: 8k0 601 025 N) which look like this and are also OEM for the A4:

Best place to buy is eBay.de (I've even done the search for you). Of course you can buy any brand of wheel with the same profile

BTW, you don't have to stick with 7J wheels you can use the 7.5 x 17, 6-Arm-Design with 225/50 tyres or 8 x 18 ET31 / 8,5 x 18 ET29 if you want to splash the cash!
