flex_won Posted December 28, 2011 Report Share Posted December 28, 2011 There was an issue for the B6 Cab where the sun visors would rub and sound like a rattle. You can test this for yourself by bringing both the visors down and seeing if the rattle stops. There is a dealer modofication for this. I believe it is free of charge. Try searching this forum. Sometimes the windows creak against the rubber seals and sounds like a rattle. Try cleaning the glass surfaces, on the rubber door seals and deep into the window seals.
