Cat broken. Full Milltek, or new Cat from dealer?

Hi.

Yes the dreaded orange light appeared, and a diagnostic check revelaed that the Cat has failed. My car is a 'real' s-line, B6 54 reg 1.8T 190 ps.

The dealer is quoting around £800 fitted. A full Milltek, including Cat, is not much more than this sum.

However, does the Milltek require any other cash outlay (re-map?) or is it simply a buy and fit, and the orange light goes out?

Any assistance is much appreciated.
