gadgetmind
I got there in the end, but had real trouble getting the nav DVD out. I pressed the button, and red lights flashed accompanied by the sound of whirring, but nothing came out and it all went dark again after 20 seconds. I tried a few more times, and tried holding the button, but to no avail. A quick Google search suggested that this can be disabled, but the lock bit in channel 68 was zero. The nav display was by now telling me to insert a disc so I figured the old one was part way out and tried to push it back in which the edge of the new DVD. The little sod grabbed the new disc and pulled that in! Ooops ... I really didn't expect pressing the button to do anything, but both discs popped out together! I had to tug quite hard to get them out through the slot, but the new disc then popped back in and worked a treat. I'm not looking forwards to doing this job again next year! gadgetmind
No, this was the 2012 one, which has now replaced the 2010 that was in there before! Prior to that, the vehicle had the 2006 one that it was delivered with.
