Doesn't have to be Italian but I guess it would make sense to be Went to Clos Maggiore in Covent Garden a while back which was really nice, so perhaps an equivalent of that? Didn't go in any mind as we were staying further away from there, however we did go to somewhere nice in one of the Piazza's, fantastic atmosphere but I wouldn't say the food was stellar. burble Posted September 3, 2015 Report Share Posted September 3, 2015 My favourite place is Santopadre on Via Collina which is about a 15 minute walk from Termini station. Traditional Roman grub. There's no menu, they tell you what they have on offer and you pick from there. I've been there loads of times and haven't had a bad meal yet.
