SPLiiX
Welcome! You will have fun in this place and it is addictive! (just ask the miss's) LOL Did you know that the new price of a Polo Gti is only about £300 more than the Lupo and a Golf Gti is about £700 more than the Polo? Or it certainly was before the new golf came out! Have Fun!

smurf_chillin
i've always liked the lupo gti and thought that a small car with 125bhp would be an ideal first car. My brother test drove one and he thought it was amazingly nippy and quick for a small car(and thats comin from someone who owns a r32).

gargoil
Hope your loaded as it`ll cost you a [censored] load to insure a Lupo GTi straight after passing your test but I suppose out of all the equivalent hot hatches it is the lowest insurance group(11). sam_lee409
Hi, you'll have a great time on here. A Volkswagen Lupo GTI is a lot to insure on for a first car. I my self have a Lupo 1.0E and that was £991.89 to insure (grp.2 insuranse). That was for my first year fully comp. Also, if anyone could help me with this problem. When I change gears in my car (this doesn't happen all the time) the gear gets stuck between neutrel and first, neutral and reverse and when I change from 4th to 5th it goes back into 3rd. Apart from that the car is a great car to have as your first car as you don;t see many Lupo's around nowadays. I think I've seen 5 in the last month whilst driving (including my own)!!
