SteveCab Posted February 9, 2003 Report Share Posted February 9, 2003 In the handbook it says dont use a chamois learther on the roof to dry it after washing, i can understand this as it could rub off and leave bits of yellow leather on the roof -i know coz i tried it Anyway, ive now discovered that Meguiars new ultimate drying towel soaks up all the water amazingly well off of the rag top and does not leave any bits behind All soft top owners should get one Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AZURES3 Posted February 9, 2003 Report Share Posted February 9, 2003 Sounds good , although the Auto Glym synthetic chamois does the same job its brilliant, not sure on the price difference etc. I trust there is not another reason for not using certain types of cloth on the roof like it affecting the waterproofing?
