Pradip
I am in the market for a low mileage(10 to 15k) Z8 - any colour. Any idea how much such a car would be worth.
cerbera
Hi Mate, Welcome to TSN! The last time I scoured Top Marques et al for a Z8 (my co-director was toying with the idea of getting one), they were all in and around the £50K mark....I'd have thought that at this time of year, you could probably get yourself a decent deal on one..... Good luck and let us know if you get one! JT
xspencex
I think Z8's should be worth less than the £50k...they don't sell well even if they are a cracking car... I heard of German dealers buying them up cheap over hear and taking them back to Germany..They were buying them for about £45 k and that was a few years ago... Don't pay a more than £50k for one..They are a nightmare to sell

cerbera
I'm with you on this one guys - I'd rather spend that sort of money on a CSL (cue M3changing.... ) or a 911 personally.... How about one of these ?? I know a good one going for a cracking price.....
NewNiceMrMe
NOW NOW JHT! Just happened to pop in here and you're having a pop at me! Personally, I'd prefer a Z8. Just because of what it looks like and sounds like - nothing more.

NewNiceMrMe
True but I'd still take the Z8. Forget out and out performance and enjoy the looks, the jaw dropping noise and the classic switchgear. Love em.

[/ QUOTE ] If you have the CSL already then i'm sure a Z8 would be a good edition to the Collection... It is by far the best screwed together of all the BMW's the interior is odd but different which is a bonus these days...I hope you find a goodie

Pradip
[ QUOTE ] Welcome to TSn PPP Do love the Z8's - I also hear that they can cost an absolute fortune and an age to repair [/ QUOTE ] It will be a summer car, and put on little mileage so should be OK. Although would love to drive it at the 'Ring in Summer 2005. Thanks for all the comments - much appreciated.
